The aseptic cold filling production line adopts aseptic isolation technology to ensure the sterilization of filling materials, packaging environment and packaging containers. Sterilize bottles and caps with reliable sterilization methods to ensure the sterility of empty bottles and caps.
Use COP and SOP methods to clean and sterilize the internal and external surfaces of the equipment, and use sterile air to maintain a positive pressure in the filling environment to achieve a class 100 clean environment. The PROFIBUS bus control technology is adopted to realize the communication and the whole line control between each single machine, online display the whole line running status, and fault alarm, which greatly improves the automatic control level and reduces the possibility of human misoperation.
